It's just a package for the background images.

The taskbar, windowlist might be included the panel itself, other
than that, well, once I had tried to modify them. But they're
impossible to compile on my platform without a couple of changes
with #ifdef macros. Anyway, I'll try to i18nize them as much as
possible.
