[Xfce-i18n] Swedish translation

Nice with such a quick answer from the main Swedish translator! I think this
could actually be a good opportunity for me to get into the project, since I
could reduce the workload for you but still have an experienced user looking
over and finishing it before the next release. As I said, my experience
contributing to open source software is zero, so maybe i'm wrong about that
several people can still make a good and unified translation? You know it
better.
If you think i could suit for this, i still need some guidelines for getting
started with a translation.
