[Xfce-i18n] Suggested patch for the documents translation

I've committed the translated documents against the current
repository (in Terminal), with this attached patch (Terminal-
xml2po.patch), you can check the mechanism I've been planning
for the XML (with DocBook DTD) translations more specifically.

Note that, what I've expected by posting a patch at the above
bugzilla link is just showing the way for that I said at the
paragraph above, therefore it should be assigned to the
general (i18n) section rather than a specific application
(Thunar) in the first place, or you may consider each
applications have to adopt own way regarding a translation.

As for the xml2po, I found that it also enables reusing
already translated files with option `-r' (currently, French,
Italian are the ones), now in my thoughts, a sync & up2date
will be easy to go.

...Probably we should, then all i18n related commits would
be done in the directory `po' (and `po-blah'), but rather
I'd like to know what developers/wiki teams!? give an opinion
about this. Anyway, we (developers, online document team
like Andrew, Nick, translators) can communicate each other.
