[Xfce-i18n] Updated Dutch Translation

Btw, for Terminal I used "opdrachtprompt" as in Windows, but I saw that in
the xfce-utils thing it just said Terminal. Not sure which is correct. I
also wasn't sure about Desktop Environment ;)
