As distributors tend to use their own version, you can only
know exact version from original source page like

  http://developer.berlios.de/project/showfiles.php?group_id=910

then, in previous attached tarball, I grabbed sources from that
page, updated with your PO files, the versions were

  xfce4-netload-plugin-0.3.3, xfce4-showdesktop-plugin-0.4.0,
  xfce4-systemload-plugin-0.3.6

note that if you'll give us your translations, translations with
latest stable (in original) or SVN version will be highly
appreciated.

Please check previous tarball then re-post, as I don't have
permission to commit them, I'll tell Jean-François.
