[Xfce-i18n] Build po files in trunk

	Hi list!
I have in mind start to translate the trunk branch. But I  have a little 
trouble: there are no ca.po nor a nameofthething.pot as there was in 4.2

For example, go to the /xfce/thunar/trunk/po/ and I can only find some 
of the translations already done, a Changelog and a POTFILES.in

Does anyobody know how to build or get the file I need to begin?
Have I missed something on the way?
