Committed to the repository, thanks.

On a side note, if you'll try to translate a PO file in SVN
trunk, you'll have to be aware whether your PO is the latest
(sorry for inconvenience, but to do so, you need to get the
full source code, I'll try to keep PO files updated though),
remove existed POT file, then issue `make update-po' in the
po directory, and you'll get the latest fr.po.

Your translation file for the xfce4-panel was imcomplete
(even in newly attached one).
