Thanks a lot for the instructions.
Unfortunately, the commit is blocking on my config:

$ svn ci /home/sylvain/XFCE4/4.2-po/xfce4-panel/po/eo.po -m "Updated 
Esperanto translation for xfce4-panel in branch Xfce4.2.x"

Can't create directory '/var/svn/xfce/db/transactions/18194-1.txn': 
Permission denied

After (desperately) searching for a solution using Google, and checking 
the user rights, trying after creating the directory myself, and also 
trying the command as root...I think I'm stuck.

svn version : 1.1.4-2 (Debian package)

Has anyone an idea what I missed here? Or maybe a clue?
