If I am not wrong, you can commit them without us, please try to
do once, for example, if you modified the xfwm4/trunk/po/eo.po,

    $ svn diff xfwm4/trunk/po/eo.po > eo.po.diff (or `| less')

if you think it's OK to commit, then,

    $ svn ci xfwm4/trunk/po/eo.po

it opens editor defined in environment variable `EDITOR' and you'll
see the following entry field,

                                                    <- blank line
    --This line, and those below, will be ignored-- <- in Esperanto

    M    eo.po

fill the blank line as commit log, e.g.

    `Updated Esperanto translations.'

your modifying will be committed just on your closing editor. If you
keep that blank line as it is, you'll get the confirmation below,

    Log message unchanged or not specified
    a)bort, c)ontinue, e)dit

if you don't want to commit it now, type `a' and commit process exits
without any change.

PS. Type `$ svn log xfdesktop/trunk/po/eo.po'.
