[Xfce-i18n] Hello all, new user looking to contribute

Hello all,

Are there any documentation pages that indicate how to get started
with translations? I'd like to contribute to the spanish translation.
Running xfce in spanish shows a few things are still in english.

If there is no documentation posted on the translation process then
perhaps that is a place where I can contribute. Pull together people's
knowledge so a new user wanting to translate into their language can
follow a recipe document that will describe how to setup, translate,
verify and submit their translations back to developers.
