[Xfce-i18n] Possible RTL issue with the about dialog

Hi

I'm not a Hebrew translator, BUT

the about dialog in the png file looks fine. Only the paragraphs that are actually in Hebrew should be right-aligned; the English paragraphs should be left-aligned.
