[Xfce-i18n] Possible RTL issue with the about dialog

Hello translators - esp. the hebrew translator(s),

While testing the hebrew translations, I discovered a possible RTL issue 
with our XfceAboutDialog class. See

 From my understanding of RTL languages, the paragraphs should be 
right-aligned, right? If so, we'll need to fix the about dialog. Ideas?
