[Xfce-i18n] xfmedia translations

Hi all,

I think xfmedia is fairly static enough to start doing translations.  
Bernhard has been providing me with German translations for a while now, 
and I'd like to see xfmedia translated into as many languages as Xfce 
is.  Please send .po files directly to me.  If you're interested, I put 
up some translation info here:

This probably won't work out perfectly for 0.7.0, which I'll be 
releasing in the next week-ish.  Starting with 0.8.0 I'll probably do a 
string freeze 3-4 days before release.
