I recommand, if you don't, you should visit Xfce-Goodies project
(http://developer.berlios.de/project/showfiles.php?group_id=910)
You can find what you wants.

Well, some of plugins have .po files, which are as follows.

./xfce4-datetime-plugin/po/xfce4-datetime.pot
./xfce4-fsguard-plugin/po/xfce4-fsguard.pot
./xfce4-netload-plugin/po/xfce4-netload.pot
./xfce4-sensors-plugin/po/xfce4-sensors-plugin.pot
./xfce4-showdesktop-plugin/po/xfce4-showdesktop.pot
./xfce4-systemload-plugin/po/xfce4-systemload.pot
./xfce4-wheather-plugin/po/xfce4-weather.pot
./xfce4-xmms-plugin/po/xfce4-xmms-plugin.pot

Some translators do, the others not. That is, it's up to you.

Best wishes,
