Strings are freezed in the xfce_4_2 branch, HEAD is the place where 4.4
will be developped; so use the xfce_4_2 branch. If you send updated
translations before 12:00 CET today, they will be committed for 4.2.0
otherwise they will have to wait for 4.2.1.

Yes normally an update-po has been run so the existing sv.po files
contain all the translatable strings otherwise copy the .pot file to
sv.po and edit it.
