[Xfce-i18n] Goodies translation to Hebrew and some problems

Attached you'll find the Goodies translations to
Hebrew.
The translations were not tested because after
compiling and setting the files in
/usr/share/locale/he/LC_MESSAGES the translations did
not appear where expected.
This might be a good opportunity to remind that most
of the panel tooltips are not shown in Hebrew despite
being translated (a post in this regard was sent to
the list few weeks ago).
