[Xfce-i18n] Plural forms and KBabel, gtranslator

Hi,

Note that both of KBabel and gtranslator have some difficulties on
plural form handling (as far as I know, KBabel doesn't use gettext
style while Xfce uses, as for the gtranslator, I'm not sure recent
version is fixed on that).

Thus, you'll have to use another PO file editor when you'll translate
Thunar, Xffm (currently only these applications use plural forms),
see http://i18n.xfce.org/wiki/translation_software for your
alternatives.
