[Xfce-i18n] Spanish Traslation.

Okay... Then I think I can coordinate the official Spanish (es_ES) translation 
team?
The translations must be send to this list and the developers will commit.
And I can create a web page for info about the translation and it will be 
linked from Xfce pages?
