[Xfce-i18n] State of committed translations

[Jean-François Wauthy]

Until now every translations we received in this ML were committed (if i
forgot one tell me) except the german translations because Moe was
taking care of them (anyway thanks for your contribution eGore).

I want to ask you what do you prefer :
- feedback to each contribution sent to the ML
- feedback to each contribution sent privately
- no feedback, we read the xfce4-commits ML
