[Xfce-i18n] Some translations don't seem to work....

here i get a translated clock : "teisipäev, 07 september 2004", tooltips
of the panel are not translated (default install) because they are
located in xfce4rc.??, all the dialogs of xfce4-panel appear in estonian

i begin to think so, perhaps you should try to install all with --
prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc, but don't forget to remove previous xfce
version before doing such a thing
