it's committed to CVS HEAD, too late for the 4.2beta1 released
unfortunately.

i had prbl building the xfce4-session, xfce-mcs-plugins, xfce-utils and
xfwm4 translations i corrected the problems but can you check if i did
it right (i don't speak punjabi ;) ) ?

however i couldn't build the xffm and xfprint translations : too much
errors
