Sure, there are some bugs related to mountpoints, however speaking for myself,
I never had much mountpoint problems with thunar.

I cannot reproduce a bug which involves "MS Remote Desktop", I dont have any
WIndows running. 

However it looks like you can configure xrdp to create "thinclient_drives" 
folder somewhere else, or even prevent its creation:

Sorry, this would only be a workaround, I only can fix stuff which I can
reproduce.
