prompts password for user actions

systemd broke xfce
After upgrading system to XFCE 4.12 then i try to mount/umount usb flash from
desktop or Thunar, or then i try to reboot or logout or suspend via
xfce4-session-logout i receive pkexec password prompt from udisks or systemd
and xfsm-shutdown-helper.
Prompt popup placed under xfsm-shutdown-helper modal prompt, so i can't input
password and i can't focus xfsm-shutdown-helper. Only one thing helps: switch
to virtual tty console and killall -9 xfsm-shutdown-helper. And the process of
suspending longer now, after upgarde.
Then i try:
dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest="org.freedesktop.UPower"
/org/freedesktop/UPower org.freedesktop.UPower.Suspend
It says:
Error org.freedesktop.UPower.GeneralError: not authorized
And MDM autostart fails, system booting now hangs, needs manually launch mdm
from virtual tty console.
I think it's all about systemd.
Modal windows and systemd - seeds of evil, germinated through xfce. Sad.
My system:
System: Linux Mint 17 Qiana xfce4.12
Kernel: i686 Linux 3.13.0-24-generic
CPU: Intel Atom CPU N450 @ 1.667GHz
Video driver: Kernel driver i915
Graphic processor: VGA compatible Intel Corporation Atom Processor
D4xx/D5xx/N4xx/N5xx Integrated Graphics Controller
X.Org X Server 1.15.1
