At work I have a second display attached to my laptop. When after suspending,
the laptop is used by itself (say on train home) any LibreOffice interaction
becomes slow/impossible (especially saving/opening files). Same for inkscape
and often Thunar (but not SpaceFM). This makes use of secondary display or
suspend/resume useless as I have to reboot the computer to work normally when
not at work.

This behaviour began since the new XFCE 4.12.0 was released (I have upgraded
everything to latest stable versions, so for Xfce4-session I am on 4.12.1 but
no improvement) so I suspect a problem with xfce more than with the mentioned
programs.
