[Xfce-bugs] battery monitor interface request

I think the xfce battery monitor poorly represents the battery state. I think
it would be more visually appealing (and intuitive) to have a battery icon
which can also represent the percentage of charge depending on the area of
the battery filled. Something like the gnome battery meter.
