Changes from 2.2.0:

- Updated dependencies (xfce4-panel).
- Config dialog: do not use deprecated gtk stock items.
- Improved handling of popup menus.
- Do not ref/unref widgets and let libindicator manage them.
- Fixed button sizing when icon/image storage type == GTK_IMAGE_EMPTY.
- Fixed a randomly missing icon of sound indicator.
- Check if labels are visible.
- Ellipsize labels only in deskbar mode.
- Check for empty labels to optimize layout.
- Updated translations: sv, id, zh_TW, de, oc, sl.
