Is dwell click (a.k.a. hover click, auto click) available in xfce?

Hi: 
 
Can someone please tell me if there is a dwell click feature for xfce?  Gnome has mousetweaks and kde has kmousetool (they automatically click the mouse after it is stationary for a fraction of a second).  Is there something for xfce?  I have RSI and I can't really use the desktop for long without such a program.
