Thunar is part of the Xfce core, but is not limited to the Xfce desktop.
The Xfce desktop is modular in a way you can replace parts with 3rd-party
components or use parts of xfce in other desktops.
I know a fair amount of users who use Thunar outside the Xfce desktop.
I think it is worse to not show when you want it, as to the otherway around.
Meaning I don't want OnlyShowIn.

If there are desktops which also provide this and do not have the modular
design or just install everything be default, we could add exceptions for
them.
Adding NotShowIn=GNOME for example.
This list should be taken with care, as we don't know how the user wants to
Thunar+volman and in which DE they use it.
If the users installed multiple DE it might just be up to the user to add
these lines.
