[Thunar-dev] can't create shortcuts on the xfce desktop.

xfdesktop doesn't support the right-drag menu.  Feel free to file an
enhancement request on bugzilla, but I'm not sure if it'll get done for
4.4.  Note that you can do a link with shift+ctrl+left-drag.
