Removable devices will show up in the shortcuts/tree pane automatically
if build with HAL or using FreeBSD.

To programmatically modify the shortcuts, be sure to build Thunar with
Gamin/FAM, and add/remove your shortcuts in ~/.gtk-bookmarks.
