But having xfrun4 call into thunar would make xfrun4 dependent on it. 
Maybe try thunar and if it isn't running fall back to current behaviour, 
meaning code is duplicated in thunar's copy and the original xfrun4.

Anyway popping up the run dialog faster is a good goal.
