[Thunar-dev] Configure Custom Actions

Again, only a suggestion, but I know it is useful to more than me. This is
something that would MAJORLY set this file manager apart for me, and at
least 10-20 of my friends. Nearly all of them that use linux would use this
regularly.

This also, as I said, would decrease the aversion to the terminal that most
people face. Making it part of the file manager would integrate it into the
system, instead of feeling like this daunting program that is so compex they
don't even want to see it.
