[Thunar-dev] Trash script

how about also remembering the users choices? if i press delete, its
nice of thunar to warn me, but yes, i really want to delete that file.
and also i do want everything going to ~/.trash, even if its on my usb
stick, so i can find it later, and not have to hunt through
/root/.trash or something for it
