I would like some fictional name as Thunar. It could be also something
from mythology (celtic, norse, greek, slavic ...). Sure, some common
English word is easy to remember and understand, but they are too
similar to other file managers. Yet another file manager. Don't we have
plenty of them already?
What about Svetovid (slavic god, means something like a worldseer)? Of
course, it's only my suggestion, but I would like to know what do you
think about it. I can find something else :-)
