Confirmed.

The label says "15:43" and the tooltip shows "15 Tag 43:127".

$ uptime
 02:45:30 up 15:43,  4 users,  load average: 1,22, 1,21, 1,23
$ cat /proc/uptime 
56617.08 204598.59

I guess this is no translation bug but seems more like an issue with fscanf:
