Ok, so after some head scratching, found the source of the issue.. 1.1.1 ships
with
http://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-systemload-plugin/tree/po/de.po?id=1.1.1#n63,
where msgid contains two variables, and msgstr expects 3, and thus displays
garbage for the last one. Probably a copypaste from the previous msgid.. since
this is fixed in master, i'll make a bugfix/translation release in some days.
