Noo..
Sorry .. not properly explain.. The problem is the implementation of the volume 
change from mpris2. Not master volume..

Uhm.. Change master volume from gstreamer work on a experimental branch. ;) 
(Also multimedia keys, and soon lastfm scrobble) :) :), But before adding this, 
I want to finish the basic implementation of mpris2.

I haven't looked at either's code, so this might not be helpful, but 
have you looked at how xfce4-mixer does it?  How is/will your plugin be 
better than xfce4-mixer?
