[Goodies-dev] Getting started with goodies-dev

Thanks for the reply Gearoid,

It seems there aren't any official packages under Arch which provide 
these libraries - there are some third party packages but they are 
outdated and therefore can't be used to replace conflicting packages.

I think a wiki would be nice. Gnome has some pretty good references 
about gnome development.
