A little bit late reply from me (after the nauk from Nick), but to be 
clear - some time ago I've sent a mail to goodies-dev that 
xfce4-xkb-plugin is up for adoption, so I'm really glad the plugin will 
now see some attention. It really needs it, so thanks Florian.
