[Goodies-dev] xfce4-clipman-plugin in xfce4.8

Hello people.

I was playing around xfce 4.8, and i can not find how to compile any external 
plugin (beyond those that come with the panel!-)

I was testing the clipman-plugin, and port it to Libxfce4ui, libbuilder, and 
exo-1 (http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6853). Compile correctly 
(including the panel plugin), but can not find how to add this plugin to the 
panel.

Exactly the same with the last xfce4-notes-plugin-1.7.7. Work in the system tray 
perfectly but I can not add to panel.

I have understood that it should work.
Do we need any changes? Or any compilation option? Or particular folder? Any???
