I have the Weather plug in installed via Synaptic, but I have no weather winggy on my Menu [or Desktop] and need a means to find the correct [app ? Command ??] to install/ run it. Do I need to have another thing installed for this in addition to the Weather Plug in ?

K. I have installed a few different Weather apps, but I seem to be a bit
confused as to what's what.

I think that i need to try to find the new apps from the Deb's in /sbin
or similr then try to trigger it to run from Menu.

Although I have gotten no response here, I hope that some one can direct
me toward a weather app that displays like in PuppyLinux or Windows 7 /
Windows Vista. [side bar type thing].

Any help ?

Thanx!

Steve
