[Goodies-dev] git repo layout

Hey all,

I decided on what the toplevel directories will be in the new git repo:

apps/
archive/
art/
bindings/
libs/
panel-plugins/
www/
xfce/

I'm also considering a 'misc' toplevel, though I don't want that to turn 
into a random dumping ground.

So, the new layout with all modules will be:
