Hello,

This release should (really!) fix the HTTP_PROXY problem with variables
in the form HTTP_PROXY=host:port (without http://). 

The rest is fixes and changes in the location settings: we now hide the
location code and show (and store) the location's name: it'll allow
using another service someday if needed; also, buttons' sensitivity is
better now (OK disabled during search, etc).

This release also adds pre-determination of the location to track: on
first load, the plugin will ask ipinfodb.com for the user's IP address
location and use that as location. If it's right, it saves a few clicks.
If it's wrong, no change.
