Well, if we can redistribute, “examine” or modify it, yes it's non-free.
It'd be good to know exactly under which terms the logo is licensed but
I don't have a weather.com account so I can't download the SDK.

Might be possible to contact weather.com and ask them to relicense that,
but I'm not sure we'll be heard.
