Not sure about Fedora, so I opened a bug, for our legal folks to have a
look at it. Check https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=513057 for
updates, maybe the layers can help us to clear the situation.

If xfce4-weather-plugin needs to be removed from Fedora, I will transfer
it to RPMfusion nonfree (although I have to admit that "nonfree" sounds
a little strange for this case).
