[Goodies-dev] ANN: terminal version 0.2.99.1 released

Another new Terminal release 0.2.99.1 (0.3 rc 1) is now available. This
is a development release leading up to a stable 0.3.0 release.

No bugs have been reported in the alpha release, but I've made some
changes in preferences saving that require a bit of testing. If nothing
serious is found in this release the 0.3 release will be available in a
few days, so give it some testing!
