[Goodies-dev] libxfce4kbd-private global shortcut questions

Hey too,

I just thought so, naming was indeed hinting, thanks. 

On a side note, it would be cool if third parties that need
global shortcuts could simply hook into an xfce-provided infrastructure
that helps to avoid duplicate assignments with its standardized dialogs.
I especially liked the idea of a reusable component like
XfceShortcutGrabber.
