[Goodies-dev] libxfce4kbd-private global shortcut questions

Hi,

a) Is it OK for a panel-plugin to use the XfceShortCut[ Provider |
  Grabber | . ] classes or are they reserved for xfwm4 use only?

b) How would one install a set of default shortcuts into 
  /etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml,
  so that the shortcut provider list will be updated?
