[Goodies-dev] String not marked for translation in cellmodem plugin

Howdy,

Fabio Nogueira noticed that one string, "Autodetect modem", was not
translated in the latest release. I took a quick look at the code and
notice that the string was not marked for translation. I've enclosed a
screenshot and a patch and kindly ask someone to review/commit it as
well as update the translations (i.e. pot).
