[Goodies-dev] Modifies xfce4-clipman-plugin

Hi

FWIU, you want the plugin to show in the systray (this way it can also
run as a standalone application, and be panel independant).  But this
way you can't customize your panel like you want it.  For myself I put
icons besides the systray and they look like they are part of it.
